Abbas is a PhD data scientist, computational biologist, and educator. Abbas has strong experience doing data science end-to-end. He is excited about automation and building packaged, automated software to make models accessible to clients. He has domain experience in several industries and topics including molecular/cell biology, pharmaceutical sciences, genomics, bioinformatics, business, and technology. Abbas is highly skilled with the R programming language and given talks at Bioconductor and useR on his open source contributions.
